DURABLE, HYGIENIC AND CHEMICAL-RESISTANT FLOOR SYSTEMS FROM RINOL

Conductivity, chemical resistance and crack-bridging properties are just three of the criteria required of a customised RINOL floor in a laboratory.
RINOL’s conductive floor coatings prevent people in the room from becoming charged. In explosion-proof rooms, an explosion with flammable media is thus avoided, and in other rooms, sensitive components and measuring instruments are permanently protected.
The very high chemical resistance of RINOL floors is ensured in these special systems. These low-emission coating systems are LEED certified.
In terms of hygiene, durability and liquid-tightness, the jointless and non-porous surface of a RINOL coating system meets all requirements.
These special RINOL coating systems are tested for their safety by renowned experts and institutes, such as the German Institute for Building Technology, and installed by specialist companies.
The electrically conductive coating system is tested according to DIN EN 61340-4-1, 61340-4-5 and 61340-5-1. RINOLQCR AST is based on high-quality epoxy resins and is applied in several layers. The slip-resistant surface has very good chemical resistance.
Is a multi-layer colour quartz system based on epoxy resins. In addition to various slip resistance classes, the system offers excellent chemical resistance and high durability thanks to very good impact, abrasion and scratch resistance.
The electrically conductive coating system is tested according to DIN EN 61340-4-1, 61340-4-5 and 61340-5-1. RINOLETEC is applied in three layers. Optionally, a levelling layer and a coloured sealant can be applied in addition. The surface is smooth and easy to clean.
This electrically conductive coating system is tested according to DIN EN 1081. The four-layer coating system RINOLCONDUCTIVE is applied in four layers and is suitable for a wide range of applications. The surface is pore-tight, hard-wearing and smooth.
