The classic chemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, metal finishing and from paint shops to water treatment also place special demands on coating systems.
Here, the German legislator differentiates in the Water Resources Act between HBV plants (production, treatment, use) and LAU plants (storage, filling, transfer). Here, the corresponding coating systems must not only ensure that the “chemistry is right” over long periods of time. The requirements are much higher for situations that should not actually occur, such as malfunctions, emergencies or accidents.
For these special areas we have our special casting resin systems. Each of these systems offers a hard-wearing, non-porous and jointless surface. Optionally, they can be designed with a slip-resistant or decorative surface.
The special RINOL coating systems are tested for safety by renowned, independent experts and accredited institutes, such as the German Institute for Construction Technology, and installed by specialist companies.
